STILABS from CNR ITAE participated in the International Conference IMPRES 2025 in Sendai, Japan. Valeria Palomba and Antonio Fotia presented research on innovative heat exchanger designs and composite materials for low-grade sorption desalination. These studies were developed within the framework of the ThumbsUp and ZHENIT projects. The conference facilitated discussions on emerging trends, technological innovations, and international collaboration opportunities in sustainable energy and materials research. Participants exchanged ideas and insights, strengthening global networks and advancing the field of clean maritime technologies.
